My name is LaTania Wilson
LaTania Wilson grew up in Queensbridge, where she watched her mother balance the demands of work and family with determination. This instilled in LaTania a strong work ethic from a young age. Excelling in school, she consistently achieved high grades while juggling responsibilities at home. At 25, she entered the workforce with her first real job, always knowing that hard work would shape her future.

Initially pursuing a career in law, LaTania attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and graduated, though her path didn’t unfold as planned. She remained determined, working as a legal assistant for Columbia University’s in-house legal team while still searching for her true calling.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, LaTania attended a Zoom meeting that changed everything. She learned about the drug testing industry and recognized the opportunity to provide an essential service in a time of need. Understanding the value of businesses that never stop—like those required by the Department of Transportation (DOT)—she decided to dive into this field. In September 2020, LaTania secured her first client, and she hasn’t looked back since.
